Stephanie has been the Graduate and Academic Administrator for the Music department since September 2017. She assists all graduate students and prospective graduate students, from initial inquiry all the way through graduation. She tracks all milestones, including reports of examinations, prepares all communications regarding TA/TF/GSA assignments, and ensures that each student’s file is up-to-date.

She serves as the primary course-scheduling liaison with the Registrar’s office and other departments and manages the department’s room schedules. She also assists with other main office duties, including printing requests, office supply orders, and management of building swipe access.
