Men’s Glee Club 125th Anniversary Celebration
Join us as we celebrate the 125th Anniversary of the University of Pittsburgh Men's Glee Club. The Men's Glee Club, founded in 1890, is the oldest non-athletic extracurricular activity on campus. The Anniversary Celebration Concert will feature works by Gallus, Croce, Mozart, and Mendelssohn, as well as selections from the broadway musicals, West Side Story and Carousel. Furthermore, the Glee Club will premiere a newly commissioned work by Rosephanye Powell, Bright is The Ring of Words, with text by Robert Louis Stevenson.
