Tickets for Heinz Chapel Choir Holiday Concerts On Sale Monday, October 14
Students from all over the University participate in musical activities and performances, and are often joined in the ensembles by faculty and members of the community at large. Find out how to join the different music department ensembles below.
Heinz Chapel Choir will give an encore presentation of its 80th Anniversary Concert on Monday, April 29 at 7:30 p.m. in Heinz Memorial Chapel. This event is free to the public and no tickets are required. The concert will feature the premiere performance of a work the Choir commissioned to honor the legacy of the late John Goldsmith and will also mark the beginning of its 2019 tour.

Heinz Chapel Choir is celebrating its 80th Anniversary by commissioning a new choral work to honor the legacy of the late John Goldsmith. Goldsmith directed HCC from 1989–2014, building it into a renowned ensemble with a fiercely loyal audience.
Tickets for Heinz Chapel Choir Holiday Concerts go on sale at noon Monday, October 15 and must be purchased in advance. General admission is $15; students and seniors are $10. You may purchase tickets by visiting music.pitt.edu/tickets, calling 412-624-7529, or visiting the Stages Box Office on the 16th floor of the Cathedral of Learning.
HEINZ CHAPEL CHOIR HOLIDAY CONCERTS ARE NOW SOLD OUT.
If you purchased balcony seats, plan to arrive at the Chapel five minutes before the concert time. The program begins with the Choir singing from the balcony, so people with balcony seats stand in the lobby or along the walls inside the chapel until the Choir departs the balcony (approx. 12–15 minutes into the program).
