A world class orchestra performs music by world class composers when Manfred Honeck leads the Pittsburgh Symphony in The Elements, a new work with movements contributed by Pitt compositiion faculty members Amy Williams and Mathew Rosenblum, Pitt graduate composer Bomi Jang, with Reza Vali (CMU) and Patrick Burke (Duquesne).

The work will be performed on a program with Gustav Holst's perennial favorite, The Planets. Performances take place on:

Friday, February 7th at 8 p.m.
Saturday, February 8th at 8 p.m.
Sunday, February 9th at 2:30 p.m.
