Men's Glee Club

Pitt's campus is already getting quiet as students head out of town for spring break, but that doesn't mean we don't have great concerts to offer. The Men's Glee Club will tour Ohio, Indiana, and Illinois throughout the week, so don't miss this opportunity to hear them if they're coming to your area. Here's the complete itinerary:

The Pitt Men’s Glee Club will join the Bach Choir and Oakland Girls Choir for a pair of concerts this February.  Titled Con·sol·i·da·tion, the concerts will take place in Alumni Hall at the University of Pittsburgh on Saturday February 4, 2012 at 8 p.m. and Sunday February 5, 2012 at 2 p.m. The pieces selected for this concert embrace a variety of styles spanning three centuries of music.

April 21, 2012 - 8:00pm

The Men's Glee Club will perform music by Hassler, Morley, Lotti, Rachmaninoff, Lennon/McCartney and Van Morrison as well as Appalachian folk song settings.

December 10, 2011 - 8:00pm

The Men's Glee Club performs sacred and popular music for the holidays.

October 9, 2011 - 3:00pm

Together in concert for the first time, Heinz Chapel Choir, Men's Glee Club, and Women's Choral Ensemble will share a program in Bellefield Hall Auditorium. Don't miss this unique celebration of choral music at Pitt!

April 2, 2011 - 8:00pm

Featuring music by Haydn, Bernstein, and the Beatles, with traditional folk songs, spirituals, and much more.

The Pitt Men's Glee Club performs sacred and popular music for the holidays featuring works by Faure, Bortniansky, Golovanov, Irving Berlin, and Vince Guaraldi.

April 17, 2010 - 8:00pm

Director Richard Teaster and the Men's Glee Club, Pitt's oldest non-sports organization, celebrate their 120th anniversary with a concert featuring music by Monteverdi, Hummel, Casals, Mendelssohn, Gershwin, Hoagy Carmichael, and Queen. This will be the Glee Club's final campus performance before their May 2010 tour of Italy and Croatia.
