The IonSound Project presents Time Pieces, an evening of live music and original poetry to be held Sunday July 13, 2008 at 7:00 pm at Your Inner Vagabond Coffehouse and World Lounge in Lawrenceville. This upcoming concert continues to celebrate the life of composer Olivier Messiaen by programming works that examine various concepts and perceptions of Time. IonSound has commissioned poets Barbara Edelman and Sharon McDermott to write and recite original poetry inspired by the music on the program.  Featured works include David Lang's Little Eye, Orianna Webb's For the Time Being, Dorothy Hindman's Setting Century, Belinda Reynolds' Between You and Me, Edgar Varese's Density 21.5, and Steve Reich's Music for Pieces of Wood. Don't miss experiencing this dynamic group in a unique and atmospheric space in their only performance this summer.

Tickets are $10 general admission, $5 students and seniors.
